All US orders will be shipped and delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) as First-Class Mail. US orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, depending on the city of destination. Customers have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail for 2-3 day delivery or Priority Mail Express for 1-3 day delivery. Shipping time depends on the city of destination.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders typically ship the same or the following business day. We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments so that you can follow your order status online. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays at the post office outside of our control. If you experience delays please contact email@example.com and we can look into your order.
We are not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier (USPS) you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes (orders outside of US).
Effective April 11, 2017: Return requests must be received within 14 days of the date you placed your order. Return requests after this point will be denied.
We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original condition. We have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are happy to accommodate most returns and exchanges on products that have not been worn or used. All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you used the SAVE25 promo code and return only part of your order, you will receive a partial refund and the ties you keep will reflect the full price.
To initiate a return, you must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with instructions. Please include your order number.
All products must be shipped back unworn with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
DAZI will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, immediately send an email to email@example.com and include a picture of the defective or damaged item.
